How do I login to the helpdesk?

If you would like to login to the Helpdesk system, please use the 'Sign in with Google' option.

If signing in with google fails, press "Forgot your password"

Type your Cathays email address in the box and click "reset my password"

If you see this error below, raise a ticket with IT support and we can send an activation code to your email.

If you see this below, check your email for a password reset code as you already have an account made.
